Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellations may be made after 3 hours of your order being placed. Once an order is placed, your purchase is processed we begin the creation process for your order. Therefore, due to the nature in which we design, craft, and create your order, we do not accept cancellation of any orders more than 3 hours old. Please check your order over carefully to ensure that you have ordered your items just as you want them, as each item is created especially for your order.

 

Return & Refund Policy:

Items from Cose Creatives are crafted and customized products and are free of material defects at the time of shipping. At no time will refunds be an option. If a material defect is discovered the creation may be eligible to be replaced. Please inspect your items upon delivery. If for some reason a material defect was missed, please email us at CreativeCare@cosecreatives.com within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no consideration for return will be given. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the defective creations to us. You should send the creations at the following address:

Given the differences in wood grains, finishing materials and the way custom crafted creations are unique we cannot guarantee that your creation will appear exactly as pictured. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings.
